Shipping Costs
» We use the USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail almost exclusively. Sometimes items don't fit in the envelopes and we use regular USPS Priority Mail.
» If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let us know and we will invoice you separately.
» If you are overcharged for shipping you will receive a refund after your package is in the mail. We have no intention of making a profit from over-charging on shipping.
» We are always happy to ship your purchase as a gift. Please make the alternate address clear when you check out through Paypal, or send an email soon after. We don't offer gift wrap, but can leave the invoice out at your request.

Refunds | Exchanges
» We accept returns/exchanges of UNUSED and UNWASHED and UNLANOLIZED item(s) within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping, and will receive your choice of a refund or store credit for the item(s) price, not shipping, after we get the item(s) back.
» Refunds or replacements will not be given for items lost in the mail. If you purchased insurance we will go through the USPS to resolve the issue.
» Gift returns will be done on a case-by-case basis for store credit or exchange only. You will need to follow all the other return policies.
»Hand knit items with modifications from the standard sizes cannot be returned due to their custom nature. I would, however, happily try to work out any sizing problems if possible. Legs that are too long or short can be easily fixed, for example.
The Details of Your Hand Knit Orders 
» Hand knit items are all unique - I knit each diaper cover and longie just for you, and don't keep any in stock.
» All diaper cover and longies orders are knit in the order they are received. I do not do "rush orders" or move certain customers to the front of the line.
» It takes between 3-4 weeks for most hand knitting orders to be completed and placed in the mail. Orders with multiple items, especially those with larger sizes of longies, may take longer. I will send you an email shortly after getting your order to let you know about when I expect to complete your order.
