The outstanding feature of Green Way Two-Tone Wool Shorties is a unique ribbed area between baby's legs that stretches to fit over even bulky night-time diapers, and contracts to fit trimly under day-time clothes like bodysuits. It also makes the entire cover very stretchy and easy to put on wiggly little ones. There are no seams, and the ribbed waist has a convenient tie cord - I send two because I know things like that have a way of disappearing. The leg openings come more from the front, where babies legs usually are anyway, leaving ample room in the back to fit over thick diapers without pulling down at the waist (which can cause wicking of liquid into clothing). The legs are short, ribbed bands which hug your baby's legs, giving added protection against leaks. They also look really cute with a t-shirt in warmer months!
Knit from super-soft merino wool, you can choose two of the 17 solid colors - one for the ribbed waist and legs and another main color for the body. These shorties are breathable so your baby stays cool and rash free even on the hottest summer days. And what about wetness protection? As your baby wears the soaker, especially if you have a smaller rotation of diaper covers, areas that get warm, damp and have friction will "felt up" a bit. This adds to the denseness of the material and makes it more water repellent and effective. It also shrinks the rise a
